If you have questions about available materials, or would like some help deciding what options might be best for your project, we’re happy to make recommendations. Send us an email with as much detail about your project as possible.

House Stock (uncoated paper)

Gloss (coated shiny finish)

Satin (coated matte finish)

 

Premium Paper Options:

Natural (off white uncoated paper)

Springhill Colors (pale colored paper)

Astrobright Colors (bright colored paper)

 

Paper Weights:

Text (thin standard papers; ex. book pages, letterhead)

Cover (thicker heavyweight papers; ex. business cards, postcards)

House Text - 60#T / 70#T / 80#T / 100#T

House Cover - 80#C / 100#C / 110#C

Gloss Text - 80#T / 100#T

To place an order, please submit a

Poster + Flyer Service Request Form.

 

A completed service request form is required to fulfill your order. To complete the form, a valid COA or POETAF for payment must be provided. Contact your PI or Account Administrator to provide COA or POETAF information. Graphic Arts may accept cash in some circumstances.

 

Once your request is received, you should receive a timely confirmation email. A print-ready, high-quality PDF file is required for printing. Please visit our Printing Prep Resources Page for help in preparing your print file.

Graphic Arts will send a confirmation email once your poster is ready for pick-up.
