Large Format Posters are printed on 32# Premiere Bond Paper.
To place an order, please submit a
Research Poster Service Request Form.
A completed service request form is required to fulfill your order. To complete the form, a valid COA or POETAF for payment must be provided.
Contact your PI or Account Administrator to provide COA or POETAF information. Graphic Arts may accept cash in some circumstances.
Once your request is received, you should receive a timely confirmation email. A print-ready, high-quality PDF file is required for printing. Please visit our Printing Prep Resources Page
for help in preparing your print file.
Research Poster Turnaround + Pick-up Times:
Files received by 12:00 PM will be available for pick up before 4:00 PM. Files received between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM will be available for pick up before 12:00 PM on the following business day.
Graphic Arts will send a confirmation email once your poster is ready for pick-up.
Business Hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.
