To place an order, please submit a UChicago Stationery Service Request Form.
A completed service request form is required to fulfill your order. To complete the form, a valid COA or POETAF for payment must be provided. Contact your PI or Account Administrator to provide COA or POETAF information. Graphic Arts may accept cash in some circumstances.
Once your request is received, you should receive a timely confirmation email.
Graphic Arts will send a confirmation email once your poster is ready for pick-up.
